We want you to be happy with your choice for hosting services and we will do our absolute best to provide you with rock solid web hosting and e-mail services.  If during any month our uptime is less than 99.9% you will recieve the entire month of service for free.

Our Guarantee: 

You have signed up for top quality and we will provide it.  But if for any reason, and at any point in time you wish to discontinue service with us we will refund to you the last 60 days of service, no questions asked.  You deserve good service, excellent reliability and we want you to be happy! 

Terms of Service: 

Web Server Content:  All services provided may be used for lawful purposes only.  Any type of adult content, or links to adult content, is prohibited on all our servers.

Spamming Not Permitted:  Sending of unsolicited mass mailings is strictly prohibited.  Your domain may not be referenced in any unsolicited mass mailings.

Determination of Policy Violation:  New World Data Systems reserves the right to determine what violates this policy.  Policy violation could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination without notice.  Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.

Limitation of Liability:  Your exclusive remedy for any failure of a service, is the monthly service charge.
